Jo and I were chatting yesteray and wondered if we should think about having a get together the weekend Jo does her abseil - 17th/18th July. We're going down and Lyn is hoping to get there too. Any of us who are coming any distance could stay over.

Hi Lorna

Jo is doing her sponsored abseil down Fort Dunlop on Sunday the 18th July (Birmingham) in aid of NRAS.

It would be great to meet you if it's not too far. Once we know how many will be coming, we can sort out a hotel.

Love Jeanxx

Hi Jean ,

Would that be the weekend 19th, 20th July, Birmingham is far but not too far, think we could maybe come and stay the weekend. I would have to check with my husband to see, but it would be really nice. Love Lorna x

Hi Lorna

It's the weekend 17th/18th July. Jo does her abseil on the 18th so we will go down on the 18th (and Lyn W too all being well). I would imagine there will others nearer the time.

Hi Jean,

Oops I looked at the wrong month, I looked at June. 17th and 18th should be alright I think. That would be good to see Jo do her abseiling spur her on. I would love to do something like that but I am scared of heights. Scared What a challenge for her though Go jo. Love to all Lorna x Smile
